The Town of Farragut will host a free Lunch and Learn, “Normal Aging vs. Dementia,” from 12:30-2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 28. Instructor Melanie Cahill of Choices in Senior Care will discuss the differences between normal cognitive changes and those that occur with dementia. The program will outline risk factors and the importance of early diagnosis. Components of successful aging will also be discussed.
A light lunch will be provided for all of those who preregister by Wednesday, Jan. 23 at townoffarragut.org/register, in person at Town Hall or by phone at 218-3375.
