The public is invited to the Town of Farragut's 2019 quilt show, "Beautiful World - One Quilt at a Time," co-sponsored by the Farragut Museum and the Arts & Beautification Committee. This free event is 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16. The show will feature a wide variety of designs, from 19th century crazy quilts to quilted interpretations of modern art. Information about each quilt will be included in a special booklet given to attendees. There will be a reception for quilters and quilt owners from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, and the Farragut Museum will be open throughout the show. Farragut Town Hall is located at 11408 Municipal Center Drive, across the street from the Farragut Branch Post Office.
