How much are the court costs and fines?

If found liable, the Judge may assess court costs and fines. Any court costs and fines assessed by the Judge are to be paid within ten (10) days after your scheduled court date.

Court costs are typically assessed at $100 and remain at the Judge's discretion. Fines for ordinance violations may be up to $50/day for every day that the violation exists. Automated traffic enforcement (red light camera) violations have a civil penalty of $50 per violation.

All court costs and fines for ordinance violations are to be paid to the Town of Farragut and can be paid in person or by mail at the Farragut Town Hall, 11408 Municipal Center Drive, Farragut, TN 37934. The civil penalty for automated traffic enforcement violations is to be paid to Redflex and can be paid online at www.photonotice.com or in person or by mail at the Pine Ridge Office Complex, 706 S Illinois Ave, Suite D103, Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
