    Instructors provided by the International Taoist Tai Chi Society. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese internal martial art practiced for health. The continuing class is for those who have finished the beginning Tai Chi class and will deepen the students' knowledge of the internal arts as practiced by the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA.     Instructor: Simon Bradbury. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that works the whole body. The focus is on correct use of core muscles, spinal alignment and proper breathing. Pilates helps to reduce injury, recover from injury and promote muscular balance. This class has some yoga poses mixed in to enhance flexibility, strength and breathing.

  12. Stormwater Advisory Committee (SAC) Meeting

    The Stormwater Advisory Committee (SAC) makes recommendations on the Town of Farragut's "Stormwater Matters" water quality program.The SAC is also the appellate body of the TOF for Stormwater related appeals.

Experience the health benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, improved body strength, sharpened mental focus and much more. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga straps, one blanket and blocks (if you have them).

    This committee provides recommendations to Town staff and the Board of Mayor and Aldermen on personnel policies, salary surveys, job descriptions and other related matters. This committee also serves as the Grievance Committee for Town personnel.

With the ever advancement of camera technology in phones, the point & shoot camera market may be in trouble. Often the best camera is the one that's nearby. Sign up for the class as we cover the gamut ranging from lighting, color, composition, apps, editing, sharing/ engagement & more. We'll venture on a live shoot followed by showing some of the best techniques for editing. And if you're up for critique you'll receive suggestions on how to improve your photos.
