Town Calendar

  1. Yoga - Session 2

    Instructor: Betty Kalister. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga straps, one blanket and blocks (if you have them). This class includes the basics and beyond in yoga - stretching, posture and gentle positions. This is a great way to experience the health benefits of yoga which include increased flexibility, improved body strength, sharpened mental focus and much more.

    This special exhibit will feature artifacts form the various branches of the military.

  3. Pilates - Session 2

    September 30, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Town Hall Community Room

    Instructor: Simon Bradbury. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that works the whole body. The focus is on correct use of core muscles, spinal alignment and proper breathing. Pilates helps to reduce injury, recover from injury and promote muscular balance. This class has some yoga poses mixed in to enhance flexibility, strength and breathing.
