    Registration and payment deadline: Tuesday, Feb. 24. Instructor: Betty Kalister. This class includes the basics and beyond in yoga - stretching, posture and gentle positions. Experience the health benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, improved body strength, sharpened mental focus and much more. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, yoga straps, one blanket and blocks (if you have them).

  9. Pilates - Session 2

    March 31, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Town Hall Community Room

    Join instructor Simon Bradbury for Pilates, a mind-body exercise that works the whole body. The focus is on correct use of core muscles, spinal alignment and proper breathing. This class has some yoga poses mixed in to enhance flexibility, strength and breathing.
