     The Planning and Zoning side of the Community Development Department evaluates issues relative to the development occurring within the Town.  The planning staff is primarily responsible for administering the Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision Regulations and applicable sections of the Municipal Code.The Planning and Zoning staff also provides support to the Farragut Municipal Planning Commission, Farragut Board of Zoning Appeals, Visual Resources Review Board, and the Farragut Municipal Court.
