Please understand that while this website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our offices are not. The Town's employees, like individuals everywhere, work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Nor are employees assigned to constantly monitor e-mail during working hours. Notice to the Town of any complaint, condition or defect is not deemed given until it is directly reported to a responsible Town officer or employee in person or by telephone during normal business hours on a weekday.
