The Town of Farragut is committed to providing outstanding service to our citizens. The Town of Farragut has implemented a unique "Citizen Request Tracker" module as part of our newly revised website. Using this module will allow our website visitors (and others) a method to easily report and track concerns such as potholes, missing road signs, overgrown lots, vandalism, playground safety issue, etc.

Please note that Town requests are only reviewed between 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Requests received on a Town holiday will be reviewed on the next business day. Should your request be an emergency situation dial 911.

Citizens can log in to create a new user profile to submit a new request or concern, view pending issues, update contact information, and more. Instructions are available if needed for an overview of this new system. Citizens will need an email address to create a new user profile. This will keep you up to date from the start of your request to the closure of your request. Or you can login at anytime to view pending concerns. An email will be generated each time your request has been modified by Town staff.  Those without email will not receive updates. You are welcome to call Town Hall for the status of your request.
