The Town of Farragut is now accepting applications for the 3rd Annual Introduction to Farragut program. 

Introduction to Farragut is a unique way to connect participants with the Town, providing information on its history, government structure and operations, public safety, education, and volunteer opportunities. The program will begin with a reception and campaign kick-off at the Farragut Town Hall on Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015, at 6 p.m. Classes will be held at Town Hall on the following Wednesdays – September 9, September 23, October 7, October 21 and November 4 starting at 6:00 and lasting for approximately two hours each night.  

Program requirements include attending the August 26 reception and campaign kick-off, at least four of the five classes, one Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting (2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month) and one Municipal Planning Commission meeting (3rd Thursday of each month).

The Intro to Farragut application can be picked up at Town Hall or printed.  Completed applications should be returned in person or mailed to Town Hall to the attention of Jenn Hatmaker or emailed to .  Applications can also be submitted online.
