Riemann Chosen for Rising Young Professional Award

Chelsey Riemann, Public Relations Coordinator for the Town of Farragut, was recently honored with the Rising Young Professional Award at the 2008 Public Relations Society of America - Volunteer Chapter Annual Gala held on Thursday, April 10, 2008.

This award honors a public relations professional, with less than five years experience in the field of public relations, who has proven accelerated progress in the professional practice of public relations and has demonstrated leadership potential in their business and within the Volunteer Chapter.  

For over three years, Ms. Riemann has provided the Town of Farragut with outstanding service in public relations in the following areas: expansion of media coverage of classes, events and Town issues; expansion of the Town's website; contribution to the Town's annual reports; and the production of posters, flyers and other public relations tools. In addition, Ms. Riemann provides support for special events and the Farragut Folklife Museum.
