Facility Rentals
A variety of facilities owned by the Town of Farragut are available for rent. For more information about availability or for reservations, please contact the Town of Farragut Leisure Services Department at (865) 966-7057.
Athletic Fields

Fields and courts at Anchor, Mayor Bob Leonard and McFee parks are scheduled for club or league use in January (spring use) and June (fall use) for non-profit youth and adult club practices and games. Interested clubs should request a packet the first week in November for the spring season and the first week of May for the fall season. Registered clubs may also request use of Mayor Bob Leonard and/or McFee parks for one tournament each season, and selected fields are available for summer camps for qualified user groups.

Picnic Shelters/Pavilions
Five picnic facilities are available for rent at Anchor and Campbell Station parks. All five locations are accessible by a paved sidewalk or walktrail, have an ADA approved picnic table and a charcoal grill. Shelters may be used on a first come, first serve basis at no cost if the shelter has not been reserved. Weekly reservations are posted at the information kiosks at each park. Rentals or drop-in use may not include amplified sound, farm animals (i.e. ponies, goats, etc.) or inflatable games. Below is a complete list of rules and regulations. - Fees are $25 for ½ day (8 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. - dusk) or $40 for all day (8 a.m. - dusk).
- No inflatable structures or games (i.e. moonwalk)
- No alcoholic beverages
- No signs, banners or balloons
- No amplified sound systems
- No farm animals
- Grills are provided at all pavilions. Open flames such as tiki torches, bonfires, etc. are not allowed.
- Auxiliary tents with stakes must be approved by the Town of Farragut.
- Parking is limited at Anchor and Campbell Station parks. (Groups larger than 100 cannot be accomodated.) Groups larger than 60 will need to rent at least two of the shelters at Anchor Park.
- Participants need to confine gathering to reserved area.
- Reservations must be made more than five (5) days in advance.
- Reservations may not be changed less than five (5) days before scheduled use.
- Refund policy: The Town of Farragut must receive a letter seven (7) days before the scheduled use of the facility. If the shelter, pavilion and/or field were not used due to severe inclement weather (thunderstorms/snow), the Town of Farragut must receive a letter within seven (7) days after the scheduled use of the facility.
Anchor Park Shelters

- Hartford: Uncovered, seats 48 at 6 tables, electricity, grill, located near playground.
- Saratoga: Covered, seats 32 at 4 tables, grill, located near west entrance.
- Essex: Covered, seats 24 at 4 tables, grill, located in the center of the park.
Campbell Station Park Pavilions

- Burnside: Covered, seats 24 at 3 tables, electricity, grill, water fountain, located off entrance to the library.
- Longstreet: Covered, seats 40 at 5 tables, electricity, grill, located off south parking area on hill.
Town Hall Community Room/Kitchen

A 1,200 square foot community room is available for rent by any non-profit or homeowners association:
Groups may reserve the room up to three times in a six month period, and reservations may be made up to six months prior to the event. Rental hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
- Rental fees are $10 per hour for the community room; $15 per hour for the community room and kitchen. A minimum rental of three hours is required for weekend use. Fees do not include setup or cleanup, and the room/kitchen must be returned to the pre-event setup following each use. For groups desiring assistance with setup and cleanup, a contract with an additional hourly charge is available. A refundable cleanup and damage deposit of $100 is also required.
- The rental fee is due within five (5) business days from when the reservation is made and the $100 security deposit is due 14 days prior to the event. However, if a reservation is made less than two (2) weeks prior to the event, payment is due immediately in its entirety.
- Community room equipment includes 10 tables and 100 chairs. A projector screen, flip chart, dry erase board and TV/VCR/DVD are available on request. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee maker, stove/oven, icemaker, dishwasher, sink/disposal and microwave. Capacity for the community room is 80 for classroom style or 120-150 for reception style.
- The key to the Community Room entrance must be picked up at the Farragut Town Hall reception area prior to the event during regular Town Hall office hours, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises, and smoking is not permitted in the building.
- Groups may rearrange furniture in the community room as needed but must return the room to its "pre-event" arrangement at the end of the meeting. This includes cleaning table tops and sweeping and mopping if necessary. If the kitchen is rented, it must also be clean before leaving the premises. This includes cleaning counter tops, stove, coffee pots and sweeping and mopping the floor (if necessary). Basic cleaning supplies will be furnished by the Town of Farragut. Town of Farragut staff is not available to help with room set-up, break-down or clean-up.
- Groups may bring food and beverages into the community room but all waste must be removed (to dumpster outside). Groups are responsible for all supplies (dinnerware, utensils, coffee, napkins, sweeteners, etc.) associated with food and beverages.
- Groups must come prepared with all necessary supplies (paper, markers, etc.). Tape, glue, tacks or any other adhesive shall not be placed on the walls, ceiling or any other area of the community room/kitchen. Tacking strips are provided in the room for these purposes.
- After use, all doors (west entrance and rotunda) must be secured.
