Town of Farragut’s ongoing response to COVID-19

The Knox County Board of Health voted to follow the Tennessee Pledge plan as of July 1.

The Farragut Town Hall and the Farragut Community Center are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Knox County Board of Health has issued a mandatory face covering order for all indoor facilities throughout Knox County. Anyone entering a Town of Farragut building who is 12 years old or older must wear a face covering to comply with the order.

In alignment with Gov. Bill Lee's Executive Orders regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Town of Farragut public meetings will continue to be held virtually. For information on viewing meetings and submitting comments, please visit townoffarragut.org/virtualmeetings. Additional information specific to each meeting and deadlines for submitting comments can be found on meeting agendas, which are available the Friday afternoon before each meeting at townoffarragut.org/agendas.

For complete details on how Farragut parks, athletic fields and the community center will operate under Tennessee Pledge, please see the Parks & Rec reopening plan. See farragutparksandrec.org for updated information about programs and classes at the community center, as well as rental opportunities. The Farragut Museum is currently operating with reduced hours: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
