Registration deadline: the day before the session at 5 p.m. Instructor: Jenny Trussell, registered Children’s Yoga Teacher. This 30-minute class for ages 2-5 will get you and your little yogis moving with love and laughter. Moms, dads or caregivers (with parental permission) will enjoy time with their child(ren) while learning basic yoga poses, breathwork, and stress-management techniques. Yoga will be taught through play and imagery with music, games and imaginative stories. Session limited to 40 mats, so please register early.
