Only organized groups that are able to provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 in coverage are able to reserve Town fields. Groups that can provide proof of insurance can reserve time through the seasonal field allocation process, or rent on a first-come, first-serve prepay basis. The field allocation process allows groups to rent a large amount of time prior to the next season and offers an installment method of payment. This process is done twice a year; once in January for the spring/summer season and again in June for the fall/winter rental season. Tournament rentals are also available.
