  3. Aesthetic Plan Committee Meeting

    October 19, 2020, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM

    This meeting will be held virtually, authorized by Governor Lee's executive orders regarding the COVID19 pandemic. Please send any comments to mshipley@townoffarragut.org by noon on October 19. The purpose of this meeting will be to review some components of a draft aesthetic plan for new vertical utility infrastructure that may be proposed within public rights of ways.

  4. Buddy & Me Yoga

    Instructor: Jenny Trussell, registered Children’s Yoga Teacher. Get your child moving with a delightful children’s yoga class! This 30 minute class, perfect for ages 2 – 6, will get your little yogi moving with love and laughter. Children will learn basic yoga poses, breathwork, and stress-management techniques in a kid-friendly style. Yoga will be taught through play and imagery with song, games, and imaginative lessons. A parent or supervising adult must stay in the designated room with the child, but will be given the option to participate or simply observe. Bring a mat for each participant, and plenty of smiles and silliness! Please register all participants of this class individually. Social distancing measures will be in place; limited to 30 participants.

    Join instructor Simon Bradbury for Pilates/Yoga Fusion! This class combines yoga poses with pilates mat exercises that build core strength, enhance flexibility and balance in a low-impact approach to mind-body fitness. Think of it as taking a scheduled one-hour vacation, just for you, while enhancing your body and mind. You will finish class feeling relaxed, refreshed and energized. Limited to 20 people to ensure social distancing. Please bring your own mat and water.
